How do I return an item?
MyFirePits.com can only accept returns for new and unused merchandise. If you have already used your fire pit we can not accept a buyer's remorse return. We can only accept returns once your item has been used for damages that have resulted in a defect in the fire pit. Please inspect your item upon receiving it to make sure there are no defects and notify us immediately if you have a problem. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We accept returns for new and unused merchandise for 30 days after you receive your item. Items returned to us that have been used will not be eligible for a refund and will be refused by the warehouse and returned to the customer. Manufacturer warranties are listed on each individual product's page details section of the website. If you have any questions, please call customer service.
Before returning an item please e-mail customer service for an RMA number at cs@myfirepits.com. We will issue you an RMA # and email you instructions for your return. Please follow the instructions to mail your item back to the appropriate address. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item.
Some items ship direct from the MFG, please pay close attention to the return address on the email to ensure your package is returned to the correct location.
